The Senior Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruitment for desingated positions at Lifepoint Behavioral Health. Serves in a lead role for the Lifepoint Behavioral Health recruiting team.

Position Details

  • To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing needs to support Lifepoint's overall strategic growth goals.
  • Train, mentor and coach new hires and other recruiters on Lifepoint standards and recruiting best practices.
  • Assign new requisitions amongst the team and work with hiring managers.
  • Manage entire recruiting lifecycle in compliance with LifePoint standards to include but not limited to: position acquisition, sourcing and advertising position, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) activity, resume screening, interviewing, feedback management, hiring recommendations, offer presentation and negotiation, and internal transfer process.
  • Source and recruit for potential for executive and other candidates for open or future open positions. Promote openings through web-based sources and industry/role specific organizations.
  • Partner with individual hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs as well as to ensure compliance with federal / state laws and regulations.
  • Prepare weekly reports for Executive Level Recruiting, Organizational Chart meetings, and other needs as assigned.
  • Serves as the liaison between the recruiters and Division Director escalating issues as necessary.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of recruiting experience.
  • Business Mathematical Skills -- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
  • Moderate Computer Skills - Frequent use of electronic mail, word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate simple functions into documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations to support business objectives.
  • Moderate Communication - Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others and make presentations to department or middle management.
  • Routine Business Problems - Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.
