In a production and quality-oriented operational environment, process claims to include receiving and documenting incoming mail, data entry, and file management. As part of mail room operations, pick up, sort categorize, and log all incoming mail within one business day. Enter claim information into appropriate Government system. Utilize VETSNET, TMDS, and other Government system to research claim information. For claim close out, scan and upload files. Ensure proper packaging and addressing for document mailing.

• Review and respond to inquiries in accordance with Army Regulations
  
• Enter claim data into Government system
  
• Utilize Government systems to research claim
  
• Scan files and ensure proper disposal of documents in accordance with Army policies and procedure
  
• Prepare documents for mailing

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
  
• Analytical skills
  
• Detail-oriented

Additional Skills/Qualifications Desired:

* Military-related experience and knowledge of military terminology
